John made his first sale at age 9, selling Cracker Jacks at a 4th of July parade in Rochester, NY. His next move was selling eggs (farm to table), newspapers, kazoos, and a lawn mowing service to put himself through a private HS (McQuaid Jesuit) and College (RIT). He was recruited by IBM during the dot.com and became their “Salesperson Rookie of the Year”. His mottos are “Clients buy from people that they LIKE and TRUST” and “Be passionate about developing meaningful client relationships and delivering solutions that create tremendous value”. John’s LinkedIn recommendations are evidence that he has excelled at both!
Susan started her career in professional baseball, but turned her attention to producing content for television and non-traditional platforms. As the unit production manager for Discovery Network’s "A Haunting” Susan helped create 46 hour-long shows. She took pride in keeping the show on-time and in-budget with cost saving solutions that increased production value. The show excelled in ratings, moved to TLC and AHS creator Ryan Murphy confessed to basing the Roanoke season on the long running docu-series. There were several episodes where Susan performed her regular UPM duties and simultaneously casted the show. She’s also credited with casting three campaigns of the AAA Auto Club commercials that feature real customers. Her live television experience includes coordinating every detail of events like the PBS Presidential Primary Debates featuring then Senators Barack Obama and Hilary Clinton. As a Sag actor and host with a regular weekly program, our Southern Belle of Beverly Hills knows the industry inside and out.

Gold got his start video editing for viral video-gaming clans during high school. After none of his “in real life” peers understood what he was editing, Gold bought a DSLR at Costco and began his journey in filmmaking. While studying Film Production at Emerson College, he worked as a video editor at MK3 Creative in Boston and Zulu Alpha Kilo in Toronto. He has even helped create motion graphic designs for a Rio Olympics commercial. Gold believes in solutions and that nothing is a problem with a little “fix it in post”.
