2. Incredibly Spacious floorplan that allows ample social distancing + areas for crew and talent holding                                                            

3. Dual 5-Ton Filtered AC systems that run whisper quiet - increases ventilation and can be run while shooting.                                                            

4. Ample pre-installed signage which complies with LA production regulations                                                                                          

5. Front Patio/Lot which allows for outdoor eating area (weather permitting)                                                                                          

6. Recommended capacities for all common and isolated areas.                              

7. Side entrance to patio with street access, perfect for health screening and checking in crew in a distanced and organized manner                                                                                          

8. Bathrooms separate from Office staff, lowering chances of possible cross-contamination
